Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1 business day. Most orders received before 3pm EST are shipped the same day. All orders are shipped insured for the amount paid and include a tracking number. Orders over $100 require a signature when delivered.

Returns

If you want to return an item please first check below for our return policies.  When returning please contact us by email with your order number and reason for your return.  We will then email you  instructions on how to return an item.  When returning you must ship with a tracking number and insured for the price originally paid for the item.  Please include your order number with the package when you ship back to us.  If your item is defective in most cases it is covered by a manufactures warranty.  If you contact us we will try to assist you in contacting the manufacturer.

Software & Video Game merchandise
Software, Video Games and Video game Hardware may be returned within 14 days of placing your order.   There is a 15% restocking fee on these items.  Items must be brand new and factory sealed.  Serial numbers are recorded upon shipping, so the item you return must be the exact same item with the same serial number.   Shipping fees are not refundable. 

All other New items
All other items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date.  Items must be new and unopened.  Shipping fees are not refundable.

Used items
Used may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date.  If the item is defective or doesn't match the description given you will receive a full refund including the original shipping costs.  For other returns your shipping fee is refundable.
